The studio apartment is located on the first floor of a four-story, modern apartment building, recently built in 2000. It offers a spacious living and sleeping area, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a 200 cm x 200 cm double bed, a satellite TV, a DVD and CD player, a radio, and a wooden dining table with four chairs. A safe is also available for storing your valuables (available for a fee). The sofa converts into another double bed, also measuring 200 cm x 200 cm. Adjacent to the kitchen is a double hotplate, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a modern shower cubicle, a vanity with a wall mirror, a hairdryer, and a toilet. A vacuum cleaner is available, and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided.

Your studio apartment is just under 500 meters from the ski slope. The 4-seater chairlift up Čertova Hill is open year-round: ideal for mountain bike tours in summer and for ski enthusiasts in winter. The village center, with its shops and excellent dining options, is also only about 300 meters away. The nearest supermarket is just 100 meters away. There's a golf course 3 km away, and at the wellness hotel, located about 1 km away, you can use the diverse facilities for a fee (you'll receive a 20% discount if you stay in the studio apartment): swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, hair and beauty salon, massage, ski equipment and mountain bike rental, and a ski school for children. Regular connections to Cerna Hora Mountain run from the bus stop right in front of the house.
