Guests have access to the entire unit and patio.

Guests can park one car in the designated space in the car port. Additional street parking is available on a first come first served basis.
Other things to note
Please observe our house rules. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!
▪ To respect our neighbors, we do not allow parties, large gatherings, or events. We utilize the "Minut Smart Home Sensor" which has the feature of measuring noise decibel levels inside of our home. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering, all guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater.
•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of ANY KIND ($1,000 Penalty)
*Note: Our Minut Smart Home Sensor also has the capability of detecting smoke from cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping pens.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
•Check-in time is 4pm - 11pm
•No Extra/ Overnight Guests ($50 per extra guest per night)
•No Mail Delivered here
•No moving or rearranging of the furniture
•No unplugging of the electronics
•No Pre-Check in Bag Storage
•No unapproved pets
•No makeup on towels except on towels designated for makeup only
•No disturbing neighbors
•No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces we show you
•No loud noise or music past 9:30pm
•10am is check out time.
•You will be charged $100 for each hour after check out unless prior arrangements have been made.

Hosts/Managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The hosts/managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Hosts/managers will not be responsible for street parking fines or tow fees (Please observe street parking signs).

Security surveillance cameras are installed at the outside parameter of the property, NOT indoors. Your privacy is protected.

•The installed cameras located around the exterior of the property and in the car port area are for security purposes only and a $1,000.00 dollar fee will be charged to guests if anyone in the party tampers with the internet/cable or security system.
•If WiFi or security cameras are tampered with, the reservation will be canceled with no refund.

No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed on this property.
