Great apartment

The apartment within the Golfresidence are very convenient; it has a great access to the cross country skiing and the local bus to the different ski areas. The Golfresidence also offers a swimming pool and a play room for Kids. The apartment itself is very well equipped and we are coming every year for ski holidays.

Downtown Davos

We stayed at the property during our ski holidays. The apartment is 5min from the next bus station and very conveniently located. Supermarket, wellness, restaurants are just around the corner. If we come back to Davos, we will stay again there.

Zentrale Lage

Die Golfresidenz besticht vor allem durch ihre zentrale Lage zwischen Davos Dorf und Platz. Wenige Meter bis zur Stadtbushaltestelle und von dort alle 7-10 Minuten zu den Bergbahnen und Bahnstationen. Bahn und Bus sind dank der Gästekarte kostenlos nutzbar, für die Bergbahnen gibt es Ermäßigunen. Das Gebäude ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und besitzt sogar ein kleines Hallenbad. Eine Erdgeschosswohnung wurde gerade renoviert, was sich tagsüber mit gelegentlichen Bohr- und Hämmergeräuschen bemerkbar machte. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, allerdings auch recht vollgestellt, so dass es ein wenig am Stauraum für einen längeren Aufenthalt mangelt. Für zwei Personen und eine Woche aber ausreichend.

Erholsame Skiferien

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage: 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Loipenzentrum, 2 Bushaltestellen entfernt von der Parsennbahn, Supermärkte fußläufig. Wir haben das Auto die ganze Zeit nicht gebraucht. Die Wohnung punktet mit 2 schönen Sonnenbalkonen und einem kleinen Schwimmbad.

Super Skiferien in einer gemütlichen Wohnung.

Ferienwohnung Golfresidenz

Kleine charmante Wohnung mit Blick in die Berge. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Kontakt durch Vermieter und Hausabwart vor Ort. Wohnung ist mit allem was man für einen gemütliche Fondue, Raclette Abend, allg. gut ausgestattet es fehlt an nichts. Auch genossen haben wir nach dem Skitag die Sauna zu benutzen und ein paar Runden im Pool zu drehen. Bergbahnen in 5 min per Bus/Auto gut erreichbar.

Sehr hübsche Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben 16 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden! Es ist eine wirklich gemütliche, gepflegte Wohnung in einer freundlichen Anlage und sehr praktisch gelegen. Auch zu viert konnte man sich gut in der Wohnung aufhalten durch das ausklappbare Sofa im Wohn-/Essbereich. Alles in allem also alles wunderbar – so dass wir wieder kommen würden.

Heimelige Wohnung mit schönen Balkonen

Schöne, kleinere Wohnung in gepflegter Residenz. Nettes Hauswartpaar. Sauberer Aufenthaltsraum und Hallenbad. Das Baden würde viel mehr Spass machen, wenn es zwei Grad wärmer wäre. Das Fitnesscenter durften wir wider Erwarten nicht benützen, weil es nur den Eigentümer vorbehalten ist. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen.
