This was a really nice property with a beautiful backyard overlooking the lake! It had a real vacation feel. The host was very responsive to our needs and was easy to deal with.
Great House. The place was immaculate and had a great view of the Lake. We really enjoyed our stay and sitting out by the fire pit was so much fun. Definitely recommend!
We absolutely loved our stay at this lake house! The property is beautiful, private, and the perfect getaway. The master bedroom was huge, and the views were incredible from just about every room in the house. Whether it was sunrise with a cup of coffee or watching the sunset over the lake, the scenery never got old.
The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts of the property. It was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying nature. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was clear the owners didn’t cut corners on the details—everything from the towels to the blankets was soft, high-quality, and made the stay feel extra cozy.
The only small downside was that once it got dark outside, the area around the fire pit became very difficult to navigate because it was so dark. We found ourselves staying on the deck in the evenings instead.
Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would absolutely return. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with amazing views, comfort, and privacy, this is the perfect spot.
CJ was an excellent host. Great at communicating, very accommodating, & responsive. It was a bummer the lake was closed, but thats not a reflection of CJ or the property. Theres more to do here than is even listed. Theres a small shed here with outdoor things such as cornhole, badminton, wiffle ball, & wooden blocks. Which was perfect in addition to what we brought to keep the kids entertained. Theres also a park right next door to the property for the kids. If I had to pick something to nit-pic on, the kitchen is a little small. Fitting groceries for 2 families for almost a week was a challenge, but not impossible. All in all, I would rent from CJ again. Its a nice little property with a host that actually responds to your questions.
