Very enjoyable property. The views were spectacular. Beds and furniture were comfortable. I would come again. So close to the beach. The grandkids loved the beach, the basketball courts and pool.

The view and proximity to the beach was great! Perfect amount of rooms and bathrooms for 8 people. The beds were really comfortable. Great amount of space. Check out was really easy. Not much you have to do.The cons, the carpet had a lot of stains and the house smelled like urine. Not sure if it’s b/c the house is pet friendly. We had to open the windows pretty much our whole stay b/c of the strong urine odor.I would rate this townhouse stay an 8/10.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so sorry about the issues you experienced and wish you would have contacted us. We could have sent a housekeeper to investigate and/or offered to move you. We take concerns like this very seriously. The townhouse is not pet-friendly, but the property is located directly on the ocean, and from time to time there can be a distinct natural ocean or coastal smell, particularly depending on weather and tide conditions. While we can’t say for certain that this was the source of the odor you noticed, it is one possibility. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the carpet, and we scheduled a cleaning immediately. We continue to look for ways to keep the home in the best possible condition and are pleased that, despite these concerns, you enjoyed the ocean view, beach access, and the comfortable beds. We hope you will return—we will endeavor to provide a five-star experience next time.
