Perfecta casa frente al mar con vistas espectaculares del Océano Pacífico y las vistas panorámicas desde Monterrey a Santa Cruz! Espectacular casa de 3000 pies cuadrados en Pajaro dunas situadas en una extensa playa aislada en la magnífica costa de Monterey Bay.

La casa principal tiene tres dormitorios - todos con vista al mar. La casa de huéspedes es perfecto para los adolescentes, los niños o una familia separada con cama de 1-Queen, 4-Twin camas y un baño completo.

La cocina está totalmente equipada y equipada para sus necesidades de cocción. Sólo tiene que traer su comida.

Una de las pocas casas Pajaro que puede conducir a la derecha de la puerta principal - la mayoría de las viviendas de la zona se accede por un largo paseo marítimo. La calzada tendrá capacidad para dos coches, con aparcamiento en la calle para los coches adicionales.

We had a great time in the rental! It was perfect because my husband and I could stay in the guest house with our kids while his elderly family got the main house. Beautiful view and they had sand buckets for the kids to use as well! Can’t wait for next year!

Perfect home for families

We were all delighted with this property, my children and grandchildren gathered for my 70th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special. It was always a dream of mine to be at a beach house like this, and I was not disappointed!

We had an amazing stay at a great property! The house is extremely well equipped and very comfortable for large groups. The only downside is that it’s an unusual design which requires one to go outside and up stairs to get to any of the befrooms. In the summer, no big deal, and it didn’t bother us.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable home on the ocean!

Our family of 9 have had a restful and wonderful time in this lovely home! Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The main room is spacious and the view is sublime! The area is not crowded at this time of year ( May) and a great time was had by all. We made great memories and hope to be back one day!

Has it all

Huge home right on the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, tons of beach and bath towels, plenty of living, family, and dining seating. Great balcony with plenty of comfortable seating and the hot tub. Some minor inconveniences: hot tub water was really green when we checked in Monday afternoon so we didn’t get to use it that day, but a quick response back from the owner let us know that maintenance is every Tuesday and Friday morning and the hot tub guy came Tuesday 10am. He said it looked like it was used a lot since Friday but he would have it cleaned up and ready by Tuesday afternoon. I only counted 3 bedrooms, but no issue for my group of 6. Access to the stairs to the bedrooms are outside with no bedrooms on the lower level, but no issues for us. Overall a great place to stay. Driveway parking was also a big plus.

Great house for 3 families

We had a great stay! We had 3 families so each got their own space when needed, but had the communal space (deck, living room, courtyard) to hang out in all the time. The hot tub was particularly nice. Only thing we didn’t realize was that there’s no direct beach access from the house. It’s very close, and just a short walk, but with a group of young kids we weren’t able to let them just run out onto the beach. Very happy with our stay overall

Another fabulous vacation at perfect beach home

While we were very fortunate with the weather, we also thoroughly enjoyed returning to this very equipped, beautiful home on the beach. All the details are addressed in the kitchen and elsewhere. The living areas are perfect for visiting and entertaining

What a view!

You will not find a better view with a hot tub facing the beach. It was fabulous. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. The main floor was recently updated with new carpet and furniture. Beautiful and comfortable. It was unclear from the listing that you could not access any bedrooms from inside the home. It was strange to have to go outside and upstairs to access bedrooms that were in the main house. The 3 bedroom was in a separate building not attached to the house. Bedrooms could use updating. Bedroom patio door were being replaced, so patio door was not able to be open from one bedroom. The incredible view made up for these other small inconveniences.

Amazing family vacation

We love house 42! Its beach views and living space are unmatched- room for the whole extended family to gather, play games, stare at the ocean, watch wildlife. We can cook and eat large family meals, and there’s room for the whole gang to sleep comfortably (10 adults and a baby, spanning four generations). The house is well appointed with everything we need. The hot tub is a gem. Greg and his team are great hosts and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

Great location

This is the 2nd year our family has vacationed here. The views from the house and bedrooms are all beach and ocean. The deck is large with plenty of chairs and benches plus a very clean Hot Tub. Kitchen is fully stocked and you have easy access to the beach. House is super clean and there is plenty of room for everyone. It is exactly as described.

Fantastic home with premier location

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Pajaro. Our extended family appreciated the roominess and great floor plan. Very clean and well equipped . The hot tub overlooking the ocean was a fantastic experience.

Perfect Home

The house was amazing and big enough for our party of 10 adults. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. The beauty of the ocean outside the living room was a perfect beginning and ending everyday. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

A perfect respite

We rented this house with another family to celebrate our daughter’s winter break birthday. We live nearby but felt like we were a million miles away during our stay at this amazing beachfront property. Everything in the description is accurate and there were no surprises. The house was very clean and well cared for. The view was incredible, especially with the winter sunsets. We enjoyed a fire in the pellet stove one night but we had good weather and didn’t really need a fire. The hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean is priceless. I was absolutely amazed at how well stocked the house was. The kitchen has everything you need and more—multiple coffee pots, blender, kitchen aid mixer, pans, spices, serving platters galore, etc. Plus every room has multiple extra pillows and blankets and towels. Thank you for an amazing stay! I hope we will come back again!

Great house and location.

We loved the house for our family of 7, 5 teens ages 16-19. Great location. Fun beach. The house was setup with everything we needed. Great family time. We would definitely go back. The ocean view is spectacular. The courts are located nearby. Beautiful mornings with walks in the beach were a perfect start to our day. Thank you!

Beautiful Beach House

Gorgeous location with breathtaking views of the ocean and beach. Easy access to the beach with lots of beach chairs, sand toys…Plenty of space for family; sleeping, meal times and gathering. Great kitchen with everything you would need, extra fridge, BBQ, games and a large TV. The outside deck has lounge & deck chairs, picnic table and a hot tub. Love this place!!

Perfect Pajaro Week

We've stayed at this great home multiple times with our family, and keep coming back for the gorgeous setting and views, huge, comfortable great room where all can gather and fabulously stocked kitchen. The home belonged to my wife's aunt who bought the home in 1973. When she passed in 1997 the family sold the home. We always would say "wouldn't it be nice to one day own a home like Aunt Esther had at Pajaro Dunes"? Fast forward to 2002 while surfing the net for homes for sale at Pajaro Dunes I noticed a picture of the deck and the description of the home and we we couldn't believe the house was for sale again. We bought it back right then and have had it in the family ever since. We are happy to share with others this unique home and all the memories that are created there.
