There are two bathrooms feature a bathtub and convenient touches like a hair dryer. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet moments indoors, this enchanting home provides a comfortable retreat. Fall in love with Jensen Beach and enjoy the magic it has to offer. There are breathtaking views from the private ocean front gazebo, just a five minute walk away. The home provides a private boat slip and dock space right outside the back door usable for an additional $20 a day fee. It can accommodate a 16 foot boat easily. The pool and private ocean access is just a short walk across the street. walking distance to restaurants, small shops, and ice cream ream shops. This is a true vacation get away.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
🏝️Check-out Instructions- 10:00 AM checkout. Before you head out, please take a moment to complete the following: . Turn off the hot water tank by flipping the switch located above the toaster oven.
Return all keys, passes, and placards to the hooks inside of the kitchen closet door. THERE IS A $25 REPLACEMENT FEE FOR UNRETURNED PARKING PLACARDS AND $50 FOR UNRETURNED KEYS OR GATE/POOL PASSES.
. Take all the trash to the overflow garbage cans located on the right side of the blue bath houses in the complex. . Place all used linens and towels in a pile on the floors of each room.
