Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please discard any food in the fridge, take out the kitchen trash to the dumpster (ocean-facing side of Building 13), ensure the lanai doors are fully closed, and start the dishwasher before checkout.
- Please ensure any beach chairs, umbrella, towels or additional gear is removed from your car and placed back in the condo before leaving
- Please check out by 10am
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
