Welcome to the Am Seebach Vacation Rental

The vacation rental is located in the Hatzenweiler district, about 3 km from Wangen. Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, it offers a touch of Mediterranean charm in a lush, green setting. The house is built in the Italian style and was renovated in 2019–2020. Biking and hiking trails are right nearby, as are several restaurants in Niederwangen, Wangen, and Neuravensburg. The Seebach stream and a forest bordering the house invite you to take a stroll. Excursions to the Three-Country Corner, Lake Constance (20 km away), and the mountains are ideal.



“Am Seebach” Vacation Rental:

The family-friendly “Am Seebach” vacation rental features a separate entrance. The house’s Italian architecture is also reflected in the apartment. Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth, and Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher leave nothing to be desired. The open-concept layout with kitchen, dining room, and living room creates a cozy atmosphere. A built-in fold-out bed provides a third sleeping option. Start your day with breakfast on the terrace, and in the evening, round off the day with a barbecue after an outing.
Bicycles and ski gear can be safely stored on the large property.



On-site costs: Final cleaning is included. (Please keep the place clean anyway—cleaning supplies are available.) Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. (25 €) Towels provided. No bathrobes available. No washing machine available.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
