Vermieterin und Mitarbeiterin befanden sich in der Wohnung, als ich am zweiten Übernachtungstag dort eintraf - ich hätte nicht gebucht - allerdings hatte ich eine whatsapp erhalten mit dem Schlüsselcode- wie hätte ich wohl sonst hineingelangen können? Die reichlich im Objekt vorh. Parkplätze sind nicht für den Fewogast! Sehr laut, da in inmittelbarer Nähe der Bahnlinie.

In der Fabrik sind 18 Ateliers und in der Villa 7 Wohnungen. Daher sind alle Parkplätze für die Dauermieter vergeben. Auch wenn nachts mal einer der Parkplätze frei bleibt. Da in der Straße ebenfalls Parkplätze sind, ist dieses Thema kein Problem. Zum Schlüsselcode und Transponder: unsere Gäste sollen und können unabhängig von der Uhrzeit den Zugang benutzen. Es kann nicht erwartet werden, dass zu jeder Uhzeit ein Empfangskomitee bereit steht. War bisher auch noch nicht kritisiert worden.
