This double holiday home half (other half Inselhaus Poel 1, also for 4 people) in Kaltenhof awaits you with a cozy living room with TV, fireplace and open fitted kitchen.

Here you will find everything you need for a successful holiday: fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

There is a bathroom with shower/toilet on the ground floor.

Aus- und Einschecken unkompliziert, Erholungsfaktor durch Lage (trotz schmaler Zufahrt) top, Strand in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar (ca.10 min), ausreichende Strandkörbe auch am Hundestrand (Vermieter: Öffnungszeiten nicht so wichtig); am und im Haus gibt es kaum was zu meckern (schön wäre ein Stabmixer, kleine Schneidbrettchen; Sitzkissen vom Wohn-Sessel und Terrassenstühlen könnten erneuert werden); insgesamt sehr solide und durchdachte Hausaufteilung; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Zufahrt ist, wie erwähnt, sehr eng, aber durchaus machbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und bemüht. Leider hat uns die Sauberkeit des Hauses nicht gefallen. Überall waren Spinnenweben zu finden, das Sofa und die Lederstühle haben geklebt und auf dem Boden waren überall Krümel. Nach Beschwerde wurde uns eine Reinigung angeboten, die wir aber bereits selbst erledigt hatten. Leider gab es kein anderes Entgegenkommen. Der Balkon ist schäbig, sieht so aus als wäre er seit mehreren Jahren nicht mehr benutzt und auch nicht gepflegt wurden.(Moos an den Möbeln). Die beiden Einzelbetten wackeln und knarren bei jeder Bewegung. Auch die Küche ist, wie die gesamte Ausstattung , sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir würden dort nicht nochmal übernachten wollen.

Es war ein sehr schönes Wochenende und ein tolles Haus, gerne würden wir für das nächste Jahr das Haus wieder buchen . Ein Kritikpunkt gäbe es aber, dass es nur eine Nachtischlampe pro Zimmer gibt, schöner wäre es wenn vier Personen, jeweils selbstständig die Möglichkeit hätten um zu lesen.
