Why Linda Rogers chose Panama City Beach
Having traveled throughout Hawaii, Caribbean, the Keys and the entire coast of Florida there is truly no place as beautiful and accessible as the Emerald Coast. We wanted our second home to be special with the same comforts of home and the added amenities, ease of access, and stunning views of the water and sunsets painted by the Master as we enjoy at Emerald Isle.
What makes this Condo unique
We have the only bow-front and largest balconies on the beach with panoramic views. Enjoy a stunning view of the aqua blue waters, white sand beaches which seem to come into the entire living area and master bedroom.

We have rented a number of condos in Florida, but this one is the best ever, it is equipped with any thing you could need, it is in excellent condition and the balcony is spectacular. The view of the Gulf and the sunsets are unbelievable. Linda was absolutely great to work with and was very prompt in answering any questions On a scale of 1 to 10 this one gets a 15 !!
Could use some updating
Overall not bad, a few areas could use some sprucing up , elevators and the grills were in pretty bad shape , but they eventually replaced them.
Condo exactly as described
This condo was exactly as pictured and described. Lovely view from the balcony, nicely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen (cookware in particular was nicer than in most rental condos). The beds were comfortable and extra blankets and pillows were provided (we needed them--it was unusually cold during our stay). We were able to take advantage of the hot tub (large) and heated pool (fairly small) on most days despite the cold. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic, panoramic view of beach with deep balcony and new (not pictured) comfortable patio furniture. Large TV's in all rooms. Several full-sized beach chairs and umbrellas that we could place anywhere on the beach along with a stroller that also carried our cooler, etc. Master bed was divine, so comfortable and a view of the water. Beach was not crowded, clean and friendly staff. Two pools and a large hot tub were refreshing after a day in the sun. Easy access to the parkway (Hwy 98), Pier Park shopping/entertainment. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The owners sure take an extra effort to make sure that everything is great. This is our third visit in this condo. We have celebrated our anniversary for the third time in this condo which is decorated beautifully. Our favorite restaurants are Firefly and Dusty's.
Beautiful, well stocked, comfortable condo!
We had a very enjoyable week at rental #505021. This is the email I attempted to send to Linda on the date we checked out (7/22) but it didn't go through. Consequently. I called her cell phone number asking for a return call or a response with her correct email and received neither. We are still awaiting the return of our $200 damage deposit. Hopefully, she has read the complimentary note left in the condo guest book and we would appreciate you forwarding the aforementioned emailed to her . Thank you very much. Looking forward to receiving our deposit and perhaps enjoying her condo again.

I have left a complimentary note in the guest book in the condo to thank you for sharing it with our family. Separately, I wanted to let you know that both the master bedroom and living room fan lights need bulbs. We replaced the blown bulbs with two from the plastic bin in the closet. The light in the living room closet needs batteries. Additionally, I wanted to let you know that the "kyaro" green/blue umbrella has several broken spokes which were already broken and was not a result of anything we did. There are towels and sheets with bleach stains and a stain on the guest comforter in the guest room, again not a result of anything we did. We are leaving additional kitchen towels/supplies, bathroom tissue and a "child proof" lock for the kitchen under sink cabinet. Thank you again. Our appreciation is expressed in the guest book also.

Additional information about rental rates
Monthly rent is based upon number of days (28 in a month). Parking pass must be returned to unit or you will be charged $20, wrist bands are 6 x $2 = $12 and you will be charged if not returned. Cancellations: within 30 days of arrival - refund may occur (if owner can re-rent for same amount) less $200 deposit. Beyond 30 days refund less $200 deposit.
