Comfortable vacation apartment (75 m²) with a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace

A cozy, comfortable, and lovingly decorated vacation apartment with 75 square meters of living space. Our home is perfect for a wonderful, relaxing vacation any time of year—even for the whole family. You’ll have access to a 45-square-meter living area featuring an open kitchen, a very spacious seating area with a flat-screen satellite TV, a radio/CD player, a dining area with six chairs, a reading nook, and a writing nook. The kitchen, integrated into the living area, features a large ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, and plenty of kitchen utensils. In the large bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with high-quality mattresses and a closet. The children’s room is furnished with a bunk bed (each bed measuring 90 x 200 cm). The highlight of the apartment is the terrace with a parasol, table, chairs, and lounge chairs. This is the perfect place to wind down in the evenings. A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking; the balance must be paid before arrival via bank transfer. For last-minute bookings, the full amount is due in cash upon key pickup. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.
