This is a fantastic house. Sadly, my family were gathering for my mother’s funeral and my husband, children and I stayed here. 9 adults fit comfortably. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was exceptionally accommodating and responsive. It was an allover great stay, I highly recommend.

The first night a pipe got a pine hole leak in the wall but we didnt know so no one used the bathrooms. Second night the sewer backed up into the shower all over and basement floors in both bedrooms. Our kids were devastated at 10 pm having to find them a new place to sleep. Owners were there until almost midnight we got no showers and went to gas station to use the bathroom and brush our teeth. Horrible experience.

We’re very sorry again for the inconvenience during your stay and understand how frustrating unexpected plumbing issues can be. For clarity, the home remained usable throughout your stay, including a fully functioning bathroom upstairs. A licensed plumber was dispatched promptly the same evening once access was approved, and the issue was addressed and cleaned at that time. While there was a temporary plumbing concern in one area, it did not result in a full loss of use of the home. Our team remained responsive throughout and worked to resolve everything as quickly as possible. We also issued a partial refund as a courtesy based on the circumstances and the time the property remained occupied. We always aim to handle any issues quickly and professionally and appreciate the opportunity to address this situation.
