The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. My only concern was the 5 PM check‑in time, which felt a bit late. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I would absolutely book again.

A beautiful home with easy access to the beach via the provided golf cart. There was plenty of space. The house was well-furnished. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The extra refrigerator in the garage made it easy to pack up our drinks for the beach. The pools is very small, but we didn't end up using it much anyway. It was very clean. Plenty of beach and bathroom towels were available. The available beach chairs was also helpful.

We had a great time! Eight adults, two kids (3 & 5). Plenty of room for all. The house was an excellent fit for us and close enough to the beach - especially with the golf cart! We would recommend this property as well as use it again.

We recently stayed at the flip flop fun house with our adult children, their significant others and another couple. There were ten of us total and there was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The house was in great shape. Everything worked as promised. The golf cart that was included was a great help to transport to and from the beach as well as the store and local restaurants. We had a minor issue with a sweeper and mop but a quick text to Alex and it was replaced promptly. Check in was simple. Check out was also easy. We highly recommend this property to anyone that needs to accommodate a large group. The kitchen and common areas provided ample space for meals and games each evening. We are very grateful to have picked this property to provide a wonderful Destin vacation for our family.

My family has been staying in Gatlinburg, TN or Destin area twice a year for the last 15 years and this place was one of the cleanest and appealing ones by far. Kitchen was very well stocked with every thing needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great home and location! Each family had their own bathroom which was a nice win with them. The home was clean, comfortable, and pretty. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed having beach chairs, bikes, and the golf cart. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Excellent place to stay near the beach

Property was 5 min walk from beach. Property offers golf cart it was great riding on golf cart. Well maintained property we would book it again when we visit to Destin next time.

Great stay!

Totally enjoyed our trip. The home was beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable for our group of 9. The kids loved the golf cart ( which made getting around fun and easy). Highly recommend!!

Family and Friends getaway

This property was perfect for our group of 14. The use of the golf cart was AMAZING and the location was perfect. Just 2 blocks from the beach made accessing everything very easy!
