Esta hermosa casa adosada de tres pisos y 4 habitaciones / 4 baños, administrada por el propietario, está ubicada frente a las hermosas playas de Destin (Miramar, Frangista y Crystal Beaches) con su propio acceso privado a la playa en 60 segundos. Nuestra propiedad incluye un buggy para la playa para su conveniencia, tubos flotantes, tablas de bodyboard y juguetes de arena para los más pequeños. Completamente renovado con granito en todo y bellamente decorado. En el corazón de Miramar Beach, tiendas, restaurantes y vida nocturna están a pocos pasos de distancia. Con una cocina totalmente equipada y fácil acceso a la playa, de seguro disfrutará de su estancia. Esta pequeña propiedad de dos edificios ofrece una piscina comunitaria para martini, cubierta, área de parrillas, y cuenta con internet inalámbrico digital y TV, lavadora y secadora, además de sábanas de lujo.

The place was awesome and very well taken care of. The garage is full of chairs, umbrella’s, wagons, coolers and toys. Pretty much everything needed for the beach is in this garage. Just bring sunscreen. Easy access to the beach and it wasn’t overly crowded. There was a lot of people but plenty of room for everyone on the beach.

We always love staying in this complex. This unit was excellent and great location!! Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked with items needed. Plenty of seating for everyone in the living room. Loved the extra beach items and coolers they have for use. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Great location and beautiful home!

This home has everything you need…. Great location, plenty of space, all the amenities to make your beach Vacation great. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and more. Parking for 3 if you utilize the garage was also great , as it’s a tough area to find parking. Beach access right across the street was perfect.

My group had a great stay. This property is in a great area- it was a four minute walk to the beach. The host was prompt, polite, and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.

Lots of space, great location!

We were traveling with a group of 7, and we had a perfect amount of space and more. There are lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, the beach access is easy, and the use of codes for all entrances makes it easy for everyone to come and go. The provided items such as beach chairs, wagons, and towels were great. We really enjoyed the weeklong stay!

The property was the perfect size for our large family! Wish the pool was larger and there was more room to store dry groceries but overall, the property was wonderful and just what we were looking for!

We had a nice stay!

We had a really nice stay! The owner had excellent communication and was quick to assist. The house could use a little more cleaning, but it wasn’t enough to make for a bad stay. We did not want to come back home and would stay again! Location is great!

Very nice property! The property manager was exceptional when we were checking in. He was very helpful and quick to respond. We liked the location to the ocean and would stay there again.

The host was very responsive and helpful. Nice that all 4 bedrooms connected to bathrooms. Beautiful beach and nautical decorations. Kitchen full of pots and pans in good condition...but if you have a large group and eat at "home" a great deal, you have to wash the forks frequently and there were a limited number of small spoons. Thoughtful that they had children's plates for meals. High chair and baby gate. Three coffee makers, microwave in one bedroom, mini fridge in another. Lots of "starter" items in kitchen and bathrooms. The amount and variety of beach items was incredible...to include beach towels, chairs, toys, carts to haul items, etc. Small condo community, so not a gazillion people partying all night. Other than road noise, very quiet and peaceful. There was NO "community pool" and the "hot tub" was not hot...and limited to 6 people. Staircases were tough on this old lady, but that is not the host's fault. Our major concern was the showers. They were all configured so you could not turn the handle all the way to hot...you can get a warm shower, but not a hot one. We did not, however, bring that "problem" to the host's attention. But if you like HOT showers, let the host know in advance.

Great Location

Property was just as described. Parking could have been better, no fault on the property manager, he Luis was awesome, always responded and was willing to do whatever to fix things. We had a great time. The only bad thing is the issues with the certain beaches, ypu can only use umbrellas, signs are ppsted on the beaches in specific spots. As for the rental and location it was awesome.

The beach was a 3 minutes away. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The sofa was stained and not supportive. Several beds were too soft and not comfortable. Vanity light fixtures were dirty and other areas needed dusting. Great location and all appliances worked.

Excellent Stay

Our family had an excellent time at this condo. The access to the beach right across the street was so convenient. The condo is very well maintained and worked out extremely well for our family. Luis was so awesome to work with and was quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. If you are traveling to the Destin area you really need to look at booking this condo!!!!

Great location on Miramar Beach FL

Perfect for a family that needs three bedrooms for adult couples and 4 grandkids to share one room in double bunk beds. Convenient to the beach and lots of beach stuff provided ie beach cart with big wheels, beach toys, beach towels, chairs etc. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Had a great time and the place was a great fit without breaking the bank!

Fantastic property!

This is an awesome place! We loved everything except for the showers barely had lukewarm. But Luis was great with communication. He helped with everything he could. This was just in the perfect location. Easy to get to the beach! This place would definitely be a 5 star place had it not been for the shower experience.

We currently live in Birmingham, AL. I am self-employed. I was born in Newark, NJ and my wife is an Alabama native. We love Destin, FL because its a place for families. So much to do for children and adults. We just love being on the water in our boat. We visit regularly.

We chose Destin, FL because our first time here was absolutely wonderful. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves more than any other place we have visited. There is so much to do here for the family. We also purchased this home with one of our other family members. My uncle Eddie was a New Jersey corrections officer and held the position of Major. He spent 25 years in the New Jersey Dept of Corrections and retired November 25, 2016 and unfortunately died of a heart attack the next day November 26, 2016 at the young age of 44. He was more of a brother to me and we miss him very much. This house is something he and I wanted to do before his death and so his surviving wife Lucy, son Dante and daughter Ariana are co-owners with us on this home. This home means a lot to us.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We fell in love with this home because of its size at 2400 sq ft and the proximity to the beach. You can have your feet in the sand in under a minute. The rooms are very spacious and the home has been completely renovated. The open kitchen and living room is ideal for cooking and gathering the family together. With 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, and double bunks for the kids there is plenty of room for everyone. There is also a sofa bed in the BR on the first floor and a very large sectional sofa.
