T2 apartment, completely renovated, located 5 minutes from the airport, the university hospital (CHU), and La Galléria, the largest shopping mall on the island, which makes its location very convenient. It consists of a living room with a flat-screen smart TV, a renovated kitchen with high-quality materials, fully equipped, and an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a 32" smart TV, and the possibility of a baby cot on request. There is also a bathroom with a walk‑in (Italian) shower, and a terrace with a BBQ and an infinity pool.
