Fantastic location in Palm Desert, situated in Chaparral Country Club with fairway, mountain and fountain views. Situated behind secure, guarded gates, this development has an 18 hole golf course, with a beautiful clubhouse, better known as 'The Little Monster Of The Desert'. The compound includes tennis courts and pickle ball for those whose game is best played on the asphalt and not the greens! And rehabilitate and refresh your tired muscles after a wonderful day, with a dip in the pool or jacuzzi, which are only steps away!

LOCATION! Extremely close to the main clubhouse (2-3 minute walk) for maximum convenience, while being out of direct sight to ensure privacy!

Stay close to your vacation home, you are near The Living Desert, El Paseo Shopping, Westfield Mall, The College of the Desert, The McCallum Theatre, multiple movie theaters, The River, fabulous restaurants, casinos and more golf courses than you can imagine. Centralized in the Valley, you are a short distance to the tourist city of Palm Springs or the Equestrian Centers of Indio and Thermal.

Accommodations include a kitchen that is great for entertainment and has been fully remodeled. A wet bar and comfortable living room with a 50" Flat screen HD TV and Premium cable including multiple sports and movie channels. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, walkin closet and 40" Flat screen HD TV and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom has been fully remodeled.
Rates are negotiable depending on length of stay and time of year.

Wonderful stay in Palm Desert!

This was our first time staying at this particular gated complex and we were not disappointed. The grounds were immaculate and the golf course was beautiful. It truly was quiet and peaceful even though there were quite a few golfers out, particularly in the morning. The unit was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. We enjoyed the convenience of having wifi, a washer/dryer, coffee maker, and grill. There was even a deck of cards which came in very handy. We didn't use the jetted tub (not really necessary with the hot tub across the street!) but it looked lovely. There are many pools within the complex, and often we were the only ones there. One pool was a little cold for us, but we found another that was just right. We ran into some owners who told us usually the pools are very warm; they also told us overall this is a very well managed complex with very friendly people. We used the driving range (fantastic) but didn't have a chance to try the golf course - next time. There are workout facilities in the main building which again looked great but we were too busy to use them. We spent one day at a Marriott resort visiting family, and although the facilities were nice it was very crowded and the drinks were expensive ($15 for a small poolside drink). Plus the golf course at that resort was so busy that there was a 20 minute wait between holes. We were so happy to come back to Chaparral where we had the pool to ourselves and could enjoy a much less pricey drink on the patio. There were definitely no waits at the Chaparral golf course. Evan was very helpful and answered all our questions. We would recommend this property.

Beautiful, quiet place to stay right on the golf course

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, well furnished condo with a great view of the mountains and golf course. The patio overlooks the fairway and it is a great place to relax. The condo is located in a well-maintained gated community and it was nice walking the quiet roads in the evenings without having to deal with cars rushing by. Kitchen is well stocked and we did find it lacking in anyway. Would definitely come back.

Great Place to stay!

My husband and I stayed at Evan's home from middle of October 2014 through March 2015. Condo was in great condition, lots of room and had everything we needed from kitchen to bath. Second bedroom is great for visitors. If we had any issues, Evan took care of them promptly. The patio had wonderful views of the mountains and a ceiling fan and extended awning on the patio was very refreshing on a hot day. Chaparral Country Club is lovely and very well maintained. The fitness center was convenient and fully equipped with the latest machines. We also enjoyed the proximity of the complex to El Paseo, restaurants and other shopping opportunities. Great sidewalks for walking.

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This lovely condo completely EXCEEDED our expectations. We entertained our extended family at the unit over the holidays. The home was very well equipped and lacked nothing. The view of the mountains and golf course were spectacular. We will be back and appreciate the owners responsiveness and attention to detail. A WOW experience to be sure!

Because it was an absolute gem, in a beautiful oasis! I walked through twice and bought it on the spot!

What makes this property unique

I have a young daughter and was extremely impressed by the gated community, which is so quiet and secure, with 24 hour patrols. The home also has wonderful neighbors and a great spirit!
