This newly renovated home is located in Lopar near (150 m) the sandy beach - "Veli Mel" and 1500 m to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic - "Paradise Beach" - San Marino. Each apartment has a balcony overlooking the sea.

A spacious terrace overlooking the sea is the perfect place for socializing or relaxing with beautiful sunsets.There is also a garden full of flowers where you can relax on the garden swing or bake barbecue.

Our apartment with a beautiful view of the sea has 80m.Consists of living room with tv end sofa bed,completely equipped kitchen,two rooms end two bathrooms.Apartment is modern furnished,has a large balcony and terrace.
