Appartement Zwölferkopf - Haus Waldfriede

The apartment is approximately 40 square metres and consists of an entryway, a shower/toilet, a bedroom, and a kitchen-living room with a pull-out couch. Each apartment has two balconies, one facing Lake Achensee and the other overlooking the Karwendel Mountains. The interiors are bright and airy, and the amenities meet standard expectations, including dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, bed linens, hand and bath towels, a stove with an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Satellite TV and a radio are located in the kitchen-living room; Wi-Fi is included in the apartment rate. Parking spaces are available right next to the house; garages are available upon request. Storage space for bicycles and, in winter, for skis, sleighs, etc., as well as a shoe dryer, is also provided.



Our house, with its two modernly furnished apartments, offers relaxation and tranquility away from the main road. It is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Karwendel cable car and the entrance to the Karwendel Nature Park. The host, Stefan Wöll, is a certified physical education teacher, ski instructor, cross-country skiing instructor, and state-certified tennis coach. We offer sports activities year-round—in winter, ski and cross-country skiing lessons and guided ski tours in the Karwendel and Rofan Mountains; in summer, tennis lessons.
