Seute Deern is a 40-square-meter holiday rental furnished with great attention to detail in the heart of Zinnowitz. Ideal for couples and families of up to 3 people. Enjoy your holiday in a quiet and central residential area. The Seute Deern holiday rental is located in the main building of Villa Vedro and is accessible via a separate entrance. The centrepiece of the living area is a spacious upholstered seating area and a dining area for three people. A flat-screen TV and a mini stereo system, a natural wood chest of drawers, and a coat rack round out the space. The holiday rental features a separate bedroom, a combined living and dining room, and a shower room with a window. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a tandem bed, two nightstands, and a 3-door wardrobe with a mirror. The kitchenette, fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils, is located in the combined living and dining room. It also features a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and an egg cooker.
The garden dining set, made of high-quality poly rattan and located on the terrace, offers plenty of space to start the day with breakfast or end it with dinner. One parking space is available.



Villa Vedro is located right in the heart of Zinnowitz, in the immediate vicinity of the Protestant church, a late-Gothic brick building from the 19th century. In addition to the villa itself—a detached two-story apartment building—there is another two-story detached holiday home on our property. This is where the “Dünenkieker” holiday apartment for 2 people is located. The “Seute Deern” holiday apartment for 2–3 people is located in the main building of Villa Vedro and is accessible via a separate entrance.
Villa Vedro was originally built around 1910. “Vedro” means “sunny” or “cloudless.”
The Baltic Sea beach is only 700 metres away.



Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 9:00 AM.
