About this property

“ BEACH HOUSE -Oceanfront Escape –PRIVATE BEACH IN MANASOTA KEY FAMILY FRIENDLY

Paradise is waiting for you at this charming 3-bedroom beach front property .Inside, guests find a perfect blend of comfort with a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed spread across the bedrooms. 3 bathrooms offer plenty of space, each featuring a refreshing shower and a handy hair dryer. The house stays nice and cozy year-round with air conditioning and heating. The home was designed to maximize the ocean views and natural light, so traditional window coverings were not installed. The property uses coastal reflective glass that provides privacy during the day. At night, windows are lightly tinted, and the house is elevated on stilts and positioned in a way that provides good privacy, so people generally cannot see in from ground level. Most guests really enjoy the bright, open feel and the beautiful views. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this house provides a welcoming retreat. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach was amazing! The house is very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Furnishings were beautiful. There were plenty of fun games for the family to play with down on the beach level. Evelyn was always available if I had any questions or needed anything. We hope to get another opportunity to stay here again soon!

Great location, very clean. No window treatments in the bedrooms is a concern.

This was a wonderful location and the owner was nice communicative. The place was super clean with the exception of some kitchen items perhaps an oversight because we were the first to rent here. Definitely needs window treatments on the bedroom and bathroom windows but we think this will quickly become a favorite spot for vacationers.
what a view!

We loved our stay in this home. During our stay, houses on both sides were under renovation so we had the beach mostly to ourselves the entire week. The close proximity from the house to the beach made it great for the kids to go back and forth as needed for snacks or shade. The seating under the house was perfect for a shade break and the kids enjoyed the beach toys and games that were there to use. There isn't a bad view anywhere in the home. 10/10

We love knowing the home helped create such relaxing family memories. Thank you for the 10/10 recommendation—we truly appreciate it and would be honored to welcome you back anytime!

Adventure awaits! What a top-notch, beach landing showcasing stellar sunsets, picturesque coastlines, and an abundance of Gulf Coast treasures just a stone’s throw from the back door. We came to plunder the sands for sharks teeth, and with much success, left with 834 in our treasure box. Sifters and flashlights are a must for the fun!The owners were wonderfully accommodating to our large group travel needs, and we found that any of the extras we wanted for our trip were accessible with a quick trip to the stores nearby. The kids and adults alike enjoyed all the conveniences and beauty of this property. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy! The only thing that could have made our trip better would have been a longer stay! We’ll be dreaming of a return adventure until next time.
