This is just a sign of the neighbourhood growing and evolving, and soon, this will be one of the most sought-after areas in the city!
This suite is part of a family home, with wonderful homeowners living upstairs. While the space is fully private, you may hear the occasional footsteps, chairs moving, or everyday household sounds from above—just a sign of life in a warm and welcoming home. Additionally, the house features an automated air circulation system designed to keep the air fresh and comfortable.
