Objekt liegt im 4 Stock unterm Dach ohne Aufzug . Sauber , hat alles von Putzmittel , Waschpulver , Seife , Waschmaschine , TV , Spiele. Leider war die Bettwäsche sehr laut und das Doppelbett knarrt sehr laut wenn man sich dreht , das ist leider nicht sehr erholsam. Aber alles in allem war es dennoch ein wunderschöner Urlaub . In Waren immer wieder gerne .

Tolle Lage aber man braucht Kondition

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man braucht leider Kondition um die schmalen Treppen hinaufzukommen und im Hochsommer bei 30 Grad, ist es wie in einer Sauna, da es weder eine Klimaanlage noch ein Ventilator gibt.

Zum wiederholten Mal begeistert

Es war, wie bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung vor 4 Jahren, sehr schön und sauber. Wir haben uns in der tollen, hellen, großen FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten auch die wunderbare Dachterrasse nutzen,dank super Wetter. Der Ausblick über den Dächern Warens ist einfach bezaubernd und dem Himmel so nah zu sein. Ein Luxus ist auch, dass es eine supermoderne Waschmaschine gibt, die wir nutzen konnten. Ansonsten ist alles da, was man so braucht und noch ein, zwei kleine Reisespiele, wie Schach, Halma und Backgammon, wenn es dann doch mal regnet oder einfach so als kleinen Zeitvertreib,mit Kindern ist sowas immer gut, wenn man nicht zufällig selbst etwas eingepackt hat... Vielen Dank!

Super gelegene Wohnung mit sehr schöner Dachterrasse

Wir haben die Woche in Waren sehr genossen. Dank des tollen Wetters konnten wir die herrliche Dachterrasse ausgiebig nutzen. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man braucht. Wenn es etwas kritisches anzumerken gibt, dann das, dass die Ausstattung und der Teppichboden doch schon etwas veraltet sind. Die Leiter zur Schlafgelegenheit für die dritte Person halten wir für sehr gefährlich, da sehr schmal und nicht gesichert. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist etwas umständlich. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an der anderen Adresse, bei Anreise mit dem Zug ist es schon sehr umständlich. Da könnte man auch den Schlüsseltresor an der Wohnungstür anbringen. Ein Hinweis in der Beschreibung dazu, dass es kein WLAN gibt, wäre sinnvoll. Das ist heute eigentlich Standard. Man kann aber einen Vodafone Hotspot buchen, allerdings muss man das für jedes Gerät ( Woche 10€). Aber diese Punkte haben uns nicht davon abgehalten, die Tage zu genießen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Perfekt für 2 Personen

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, allerdings sehr schön um zu zweit dort gemütlich Urlaub zu machen. Ausstattungsmäßig war die Ferienwohnung extrem gut von Küchenzubehör über Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine bis hin zu Büchern und Spielen. Das Abholen des Schlüssels war okay allerdings, wenn man mit den Zug fährt ein enorm großer Umweg. Ich, persönlich, würde dort sehr gerne wieder hingehen allerdings nur zu zweit, da die Leiter zu der hohen Ebene sehr schmal und nicht befestigt war. Insgesamt war die Wohnung aber auch mit ihrer Lage und dem Fahrradkeller einfach nur extrem gut. Klare Empfehlung

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren 5 Tage in Waren und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Dachterrasse ist schon eine Besonderheit und manchmal kann man auch den Straßenmusikern lauschen. Wenn man zur Haustüre rausgeht, steht man direkt in der Fußgängerzone und zum See sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Tolle Lage, top Aussicht! Vor allem die Nähe zum Zentrum & zu den Restaurants sowie dem Supermarkt waren hervorragend. Auch die Dachniesche zum übernachten war sehr charmant. Einzige kleine, lieb gemeinte Kritik: Die Möbel sind etwas veraltet & die Infos zum Objekt (wo sich der Fahrradkeller befindet, was bei Abreise zu bedenken ist etc) ungenau. Schön wäre eine aktuelle Mappe & Schilder in der Wohnung. :)
