In the district of Grand Jardin 900 m from the centre of Le Lavandou, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (10 x 17 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 23.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Public parking 80 m on the road. Shop, grocery, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Lavandou Gare routière" 900 m, sandy beach 800 m. Sports harbour 2 km, tennis 1 km, minigolf 600 m. Nearby attractions: Saint Tropez 40 km, Magic World 27 km, Parc Olbius Riquier 22 km, Le Jardin des Méditerranées 16 km. Hiking paths: Sentiers du Littoral. Please note: no lift. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Le Lavandou.

L emplacement est super. Le logement est correct malgré quelques points à ameliorer : Pas de poubelles à dispo dans les toilettes, ni dans la salle de bain Pas de draps housse pour recouvrir le matelas... mais 2 draps à la place. L'un des draps etait d'ailleurs troué. Des ventilos à disposition mais pas de systeme de climatisation Une salle de bain avec des trous dans les murs L'aspect global du logement semblait "vieillot" La residence est tres belle et le logement tres bien situé. La piscine est tres agréable, bien que beaucoup plus petite que la photo de l'annonce laisse paraître. Tout sest bien passé avec l'agence, le personnel etait sympatique.

Dommage, c'est le bazar...pour1838 euro?

Appartement 210 AZUR 1 +Pas de numéro sur la porte....alors pour trouver..... +encombrement partout nombreux fils électriques...? Plaque chauffante qui s'allume toute seule ? obliger de fermer le circuit au conmpteur ! +télé qui s'arrête après 1h30 de marche ! +pas de poubelle,cafetière avec encore un filtre plein.... +douche difficilement réglable : obliger de mettre beaucoup de pression.et pas d'accroche douche... +Tous ces problèmes ont été signalés à l'agence locale : pas de solution

Appartement fidèle aux photos, mais présence de sable par terre et sur le canapé à notre arrivée. Appartement rempli de fourmis (nous avons du jeter beaucoup de nourriture car tout était rempli de fourmis...). Agence prévenue durant notre séjour, à priori pas au courant. Mais nous avons retrouvé plusieurs pièges à fourmis et 2 bombes a moitié vide dans l'appartement. Aucun geste commercial de leur part. Très déçu.

Batterie de cuisine peux fiable (poêles en mauvaise état). Mitigeurs des robinets a revoir. Baignoire : difficultés a régler la température et réparation a prévoir afin de pouvoir passer de la douche au robinet (fil bleu qui sert de réparation)

Frustrierende Ferienunterkunft

Als wir in die besagte Wohnung kamen traf uns fast der Schlag. Man konnte sich kaum rühren so beengende Verhältnisse. Das Stockbett im Flur vor Badezimmertüre und Toilettentüre !!! Es versperrte den Weg und erschwerte erheblich ungehinderten Zugang zu diesen ,eigentlich unzumutbar ! Das Schlafzimmer ebenso unmöglich klein und das Bett eine Zumutung,für zwei knappe 140 cm,wenn überhaupt! Und alles dreckig,mussten zuerst putzen,selbst das uralte Geschirr ,dreckig Pfannen,Töpfe zerkratzt schmutzig

frigo trop petit , manque de rangement, appartement anormalement trop chaud. Il manque le numéro sur la porte donc on a essayer la clef en espérant que c'était le bon appartement !
