Vacance en Normandie

Très belle région. Malgré le climat cette année nous avons passés de très bonne vacances. Les gens sont très accueillants ils ont le soleil dans leur cœurs .A voir absolument le mont saint Michel, les falaises d ' Etretat. Et si vous le pouvez le magnifique cimetière Américain. Un superbe écrin pour les soldats mort en France .

Die Beschreibung: 1 Zimmer - 1 Schlafzimmer - 1 Bad beschreibt ein Appartement mit 2 Zimmern. Stattdessen ist es ein 1-Raum-Appartment mit Schrankbett und Küchenzeile. Wohnraum und Bad wiesen beide Schimmel auf. Die Küche war ebenfalls mangelhaft, z.B. Schubladen klemmen/Türen hängen durch. Im Boden waren zumTeil lose Schrauben, an denen man sich hätte verletzen können. Durchaus positiv zu erwähnen sind die Lage und der Blick aufs Meer.

Der Glanz der Bilder ist etwas verblast

Das Appartement ist leider etwas abgewohnt. Der mangelnde Pflegezustand zieht sich überall durch. Wir mussten erst einmal alles Reinigen um uns Wohlfühlens können. Sehr negativ auf unseren Aufenthalt hat sich die übelst durchgelegene Matratze ausgewirkt. Diese muss dringend ausgetauscht werden. Dazu die Abflüsse in der Dusche freimachen, eine neue Toilettenbürste und eine Grundreinigung des Appartement. Wenn dieses umgesetzt ist, kommen wir gerne wieder. Lage und Strand sind super.

Bij aankomst deed de geiser het niet. Na 3 uur heen en weer gebel( bijna geen Engels sprekend) kwam er eindelijk een monteur. Het appartement was overal heel vies. Het uitzicht was prachtig maar het balkon was op het noorden i.pv. het zuiden zodat we meestal niet buiten konden zitten. Het zwembad was ook gesloten wegens alg. Qua hygiëne dus geen aanrader. Mooi uitzicht, meer niet

Een hoop kleine mankementen zorgde ervoor dat ik dit huis, ondanks het prachtige uitzicht, niet meer dan gemiddeld kan geven. Voorbeelden zijn: schroeven die uitsteken uit de vloer, slecht verlichte badkamer, gebrek aan plek om een jas op te hangen, toiletdeur die niet goed sloot, spiegel die te hoog hangt, ect. Daarnaast waren enkele hoekjes slecht schoongemaakt en als de wind verkeerd stond, was er een suizend geluid omdat de schuifpui niet goed sluit. Niet om over naar huis te schrijven dus.

L'appartement est convenable pour un couple ou un célibataire. Les accessoires de cuisine sont nombreux. Le plus qui justifie une note très au-dessus de la moyenne, c'est la vue sur la mer, imprenable, rien que pour soi.

Situation idéale

Un appartement très bien situé, au premier étage, face à la mer, cela permet de profiter au maximum de celle-ci. L'appartement par lui même nous a bien convenu, bien aménagé avec ce qu'il faut pour y résider, dormir et faire la cuisine. Sinon sa situation proche des curiosités de la région est idéale. Nous recommandons ainsi Cabourg et Dives avec son marché de très bon produits locaux: par exemple des huitres N°2 à 6 euros les treize ...
