The house comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with flexible arrangements:

Master bedroom featuring an electric adjustable double bed (head and foot sections can be raised) and a large walk-in dressing, offering a comfortable and restful space ideal for longer stays and quality sleep

Second bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers

Third bedroom with a double sofa bed, suitable for adults or additional guests

2 more guests ( for a total of 8 ) can sleep in a sofa bed in the ground floor bureau if needed.

This layout works well for families, mixed groups, or colleagues traveling together.

Bathrooms

The villa includes two modern bathrooms:

One with a walk-in shower

One with a bathtub

Both are practical and comfortable for shared use.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces.

This includes the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, garden, swimming pool, terrace, outdoor dining areas and BBQ space. There are no shared spaces — everything is for your private use during your stay.

Parking is available on the property. Access details, check-in instructions and practical information will be shared before arrival to ensure a smooth and easy check-in.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask guests to respect the calm of the surroundings.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for families, professionals and respectful groups. It is not intended for parties or events.

The house is strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is only permitted outside, in designated outdoor areas, with doors and windows kept closed.

A car is recommended to move around comfortably and access nearby villages, Aix-en-Provence and surrounding areas.

The swimming pool is private and reserved for guests’ exclusive use. Children must always be supervised when using the pool.

For safety, the pool is equipped with a child safety alarm. This alarm must be activated whenever children or non-swimmers are staying at the house.
