You'll be steps away from all the businesses and scenic corners in Pasadena. Clean & modern, this apartment comes with all the comforts of home. The beautiful living area features a Smart TV and a cozy sofa, and the sunlit patio is perfect to enjoy a coffee in the morning or sip a drink in the evening.
The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals, and you'll have a beautiful dining area as well. The bedroom area features a relaxing Queen bed with comfortable mattress and fine linens. The bathroom is stocked with essentials, and the home comes with an in-unit washer and dryer. You'll also have a height-adjustable desk, perfect for WFH.

It's important to arrange parking in advance. Parking is upon availability and needs building approval, and for small-size sedans only. For larger cars there's public parking across the street.
Don't forget to ask for a discount. We may have special discounts going on for bookings for more than 2 months, 6 months, and 12 months!
