Great little apartment

This met our needs perfectly! Quiet neighborhood, lots of restaurants nearby, comfortable beds, and right next to a tram station. And two grocery stores nearby! We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't be happier with stay!

We stayed in this apartment for one night while we were in Köln. It was very spacious and well maintained. The apartment isn't in the city center, but th tram stop is steps away so it simple to get anywhere you want. The people renting the apartment are great to deal with and I would highly recommend this apartment.

Quite Spartan, Very Clean, questionable security

Great communication and the host representative, Hasan, was the best feature! He explained everything in broken English, which was far better than my nonexistent German or Turkish. We 2 guests got exactly 2 small towels. 1 roll of paper towels for kitchen. 3 rolls of toilet paper. The blow dryer cord was damaged and it kept cutting in and out. The clothes washer worked fine, the dryer did not work at all. It warmed the clothes I ended up hanging them up and they were dry after two days, but this was one of the features that I need at the apartment for very disappointing. There are many stairs up, it’s on the fourth floor, if you are old or have mobility issues, absolutely take this into consideration, it appears someone tried to push the bathroom window open in the middle of the night during our first night there. I woke up to a freezing bathroom and then started seeing things and realized there were 3 to 4, stinging insects, large, flying around . Hasan came right over! He said the window was open. I had not opened it and it was not open the night before. You can get directly onto the porch of this apartment from the ground floor. Distressing. Everything was clean and usable, but bare-bones, and the furniture was not comfortable to sit on. The location was good and close to restaurants, Hasan and the cleanliness were the biggest factors for the rating. Really bare minimum as far as an apartment goes, but we had very little choice b/c we booked late for Xmas markets.

Alles soweit gut nur eine Sache war schade es war keine Mikrowelle vorhanden leider stand es in der Beschreibung anders.Die Wohnung wurde direkt nach unserer Anreise renoviert. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung toll.

Ganz OK aber ausbaufähig

Wir waren für drei Nächte in der Wohnung und da wir eigentlich den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, war es soweit schon OK. Allerdings ist die Wohnung sehr dürftig eingerichtet. Es gibt zum Beispiel für sechs Personen nur 5 Gabeln. Auch die Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren zwar sauber, aber aus einem Material das nach einmaliger Benutzung bereits gerochen hat, sehr unangenehm.

Handball EM in Köln

Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut, dass Hasan uns am Bahnhof abgeholt hat. Das haus ist schon älter, auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung. Es war alles sauber, sogar handseife, Spüli und Toilettenpapier waren vorhanden. Damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet.

Sehr sauber

Die Wohnung ist super für 5-6 Personen ausgestattet, die Betten waren bequem sogar die Matratze im Doppelbett. Handtücher waren vor Ort Betten schon bezogen, es gab bei Ankunft sogar eine Flasche Wasser und Osaft im Kühlschrank. Die Küchenzeile ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet und es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine vor Ort. Der Herr der uns im Empfang genommen hat war sehr nett. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen da, man konnte von unserer Wohnung ins südstadion gucken, wen das nicht stört wenn dort ein Spiel statt findet für den ist die Wohnung super, Parkplätze gibt es auch vor Ort aber auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle nur ein paar Meter weiter. Hört man allerdings auch nachts plus anderen Straßenlärm.

Super Ferienwohnung!

Lage, Größe, Einrichtung, Sauberkeit - alles bestens und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Einziges Manko sind die fehlenden Rolläden (wie in anderen Rezessionen schon angemerkt). Hier sollte der Vermieter je Fenster einfach eine Vorhangstange und einen blickdichten Vorhang anbringen, dann wäre die Wohnung perfekt. Wir konnten uns da aber selbst behelfen - wir haben einfach mit den vorhandenen Tagesdecken abgedunkelt. ;-)

Eine Woche Köln

Alles in allem eine gute Wohnung. Für Familien mit 2 Kindern gut geeignet. Es wären noch mehr Schlafplätze da, aber dann wird's eng. Lage gut, dank sehr nah gelegener Straßenbahn auch in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Sehr netter und informativer Check-Inn mit vielen Köln-Tipps.

Silvester 2019 in Köln

Schöne große Fewo mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern, alles vorhanden zum täglichen Gebrauch. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles sehr gut erreichbar mit der Straßenbahn. Parkmöglichkeit vor der Haustür ist vorhanden.

Optimal für ein Wochenende in Köln

Alles wie beschrieben kommen bestimmt auch wieder. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt habe ich es wäre schön für die Schlafzimmer richtige Verdunklungsrollos zu haben. Mfg

Super Wohnung für unseren Kurztrip nach Köln

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung mit moderner Ausstattung in gepflegtem Zustand. Die Küche war mit allem, was wir was wir für unser verlängertes Wochenende in Köln benötigten, bestückt. Gerne wieder.

Nette Wohnung in gutem Zustand

Wohnung sauber und nett eingerichtet, Wohnzimmer mit Blick aufs SüdStadion. Gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in gut 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen, oder 1 Station mit der Straßenbahn, Haltestelle in 2min Fußweg. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus, wenn man etwas Geduld aufbringt, bis ein Parkplatz frei wird. Sehr netter Kontakt bei der Schlüsselübergabe, alles total angenehm und unkompliziert! Gerne wieder!

Wonderful apartment in great neighborhood of Cologne

2 bedroom, 1 bath (tub/shower) can sleep 6. 4th floor, no elevator. Great location, easy parking. Convenient to grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants. Not a touristy area. Tram stop in front of the apartment, but we rented a car as our trip was 3 generations (my elderly parents, me and my teenagers). Great access to beautiful parks to run/cycle in. Unbelievable. Apartment was very clean and rental was easy. Kitchen is very tiny, with a small frig, stove top and an oven that i couldn't figure out how to work. No microwave, but with a coffee maker. Not a kitchen to cook in, but great for breakfast. We came during this great heat wave and the apartment was not air conditioned (nothing really is in Germany) so it was pretty hot. A fan or two would have been nice. Kamila the owner was very responsive if we had any concerns. The only complaint we had was that there was no internet access. Kamila said that it was broken and a technician was coming to fix it, but it never worked. Kamila was gracious enough to buy us a local sim card to get access that way, but we were able to get some access through our phones. I would just confirm that it is fixed before renting. Otherwise, as advertised and a great value.
