Spanning approximately 51 square meters across 1.5 rooms, the apartment features a well-thought-out layout with bright, inviting living spaces. The combined living and sleeping area is generously sized and features a comfortable double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m with an open foot end. A large closet provides ample storage space, and a TV ensures entertainment. Adjacent to this is a light-filled loggia with a dining area and a cozy couch, which adds to the living comfort. A sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface of 1.40 m x 2.00 m is available as an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old.

A special highlight is the furnished terrace with a side view toward the beach promenade. Here you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and relax outdoors. The enclosed, fully equipped kitchen-dining area features a separate dining table as well as a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, making it easy to prepare your own meals.

The spacious, bright bathroom features a window, a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and an extra-wide vanity with plenty of counter space—ideal for longer stays. The vacation rental is suitable for couples, solo travelers, or families with one child and offers a cozy vacation home year-round.
