New Bullfrog therapeutic hot tub! Relax in your elegant condo located on the top floor of the Palliser Lodge at KHMR. We offer the luxury of true ski in/out within a short distance of resort amenities.

From coffee to cocktails you`ll get to soak in the expansive mountain and valley views from the sofa!

Welcome to Condo Ananda at Palliser Lodge! Managed by Altitude property management in Golden, guests can rely on prompt local service for any questions or needs.

Recently purchased as a ski retreat, the owners have decided to open up their space for others to enjoy all KHMR and Palliser Lodge have to offer.

There is a New Bullfrog therapeutic hot tub on your private balcony.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in your King sized tempurpedic bed with en-suite bathroom.

The secondary bedroom has a Queen Tempurpedic bed.

There is a second full bathroom. The living area has new furnishings, which include a sectional leather sofa and new fireplace arranged for maximum comfort and stellar Mountain Views.

The kitchen has a new range and all one needs to cook a gourmet meal. Well behaved furry family members are welcome!

*Please note this condo may not be suitable for children or infants. The unit does not have child safety features. The unit does not have a pullout sofa or room for extra guests. Please message if you have questions.

The whole space is available to our guests (with the exception of the housekeepers cupboard)

Golden is located on the Columbia Wetlands, as such mosquitoes can be an issue in the summer months. We recommend bringing appropriate mosquito protection with you (deer spray, Thermocell devices, mosquito coils etc).

This is truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The condo is luxuriously cozy and the views of the mountains from the balcony (and from the private jacuzzi!!!) are unbeatable!!! Every sunset was amazing. Tony, Erica, and Amanda Rentals were great hosts—responsive, helpful, and truly hospitable. Kicking horse resort is lovely and has so much to offer. I’m already figuring out when I can come back again.

Absolutely fantastic ski-in, ski-out condo

Excellent, new private hot tub on porch with crazy, beautiful views! Literal ski-in, ski-out property. Watch resort activity from the place, yet quiet private feel. Beautifully decorated and well stocked with necessities. Awesome host communication. Beds were so comfortable! Can’t wait to stay again.

Needed getaway

Nicely set up condo with beautiful views. Quite and clean. They were incredible to deal with. Would not hesitate to deal with them again. Only one flaw was the elevator was down during our stay, but that helped with our daily steps . And there was great hiking and we did the golden bridge. Sent my other son the link for his family to enjoy.

Friendly neighbours. Tastefully appointed, cozy yet chic. Sharp knives. pH in the hot tub seemed to be a bit out of balance.

Beautiful condo on the ski hill

We had an amazing stay at Condo Ananda in Kicking Horse! The decor is so luxurious. The condo was spotless when we arrived. The furnishings were so comfortable and inviting. We loved all of the little touches. Kitchen had everything we could want. Loved the fireplace and remote candles. Very relaxing in the evening on the beautiful sofa. The lighting has inspired me to update when we get home! The location on the ski hill was perfect. We made some great memories and can't wait to come back.
