Brand new remodeled studio in Newman lake! Close to the lake and much more!

This Newman Lake studio boasts one inviting bedroom with a queen bed. Guests enjoy a tremendous bathroom featuring a refreshing shower with waterfall head and all. The space stays cozy with heating, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Bright and tranquil, this studio offers a comfortable retreat where guests can unwind and recharge. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

We are less than 10 minutes from newman lake, and its absolutely beautiful, but not overcrowded. Any grocery store can be reached in 5-15 minutes also! Our studio is on a quiet back road, lots of wildlife to watch just off the back porch too. Since this is connected to a personal home we will gladly share anything you need including the Blackstone, picnic table, fire pit. There is plenty of parking, especially if you bring a boat, it can be parked here also. We have pets on the property, so we ask that you not bring yours.

Place was very modern, had all amenities that you would need. We were looking for somewhere quiet to recharge. We were warmly welcomed and looked after during our stay. Although further out, the location makes it easy to visit Eastern Washington and Western Idaho. Would recommend and stay again.

This is a studio attached to the house, you are in someone else’s house, upon check in there was a couple making out outside, dogs laying in front of the door, and children standing on the porch watching and pointing at us, definitely not quite or private like they try to describe, ended up getting a hotel!

That absolutely did not happen. You didnt arrive till after 930 pm. Zero couples out and our dog was inside. It does state its attached to a home, but with personal entrances we cannot access from our home. We try and keep the noise down but noise happens. Blinds can be closed and the kids would never be disrespectful. Ever.

The place was super nice, and the host was very responsive. Stayed during summertime days, was about 80-85 outside, and there was no AC so checked out a day early to book a hotel elsewhere. It was uncomfortably hot and even sleeping with the windows open, was not doable the first few 2 nights although we powered through it. Sucks we had to spend money on an a hotel when we had already paid for this place but, it is what it is.
