The well-furnished holiday apartment “Untergeschoss” is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Überlingen and is only a short bike ride from the banks of Lake Constance. The 53 m² apartment in the souterrain consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people (possibly also a child). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television and a highchair. You can start the day with coffee and breakfast on the private open terrace next to the shared garden or spend the evenings there with a glass of wine and tasty home-cooked dinners. The nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk (500 m) away, a bakery can be found after an 8-minute walk (650 m), a pharmacy is 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk away, and you can reach a restaurant 500 m or a 7-minute walk away from the apartment. The closest beach, Strandbad West, where you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the fantastic panorama, is only a 6-minute drive (2.3 km) or a 7-minute bike ride away. The well-kept park with a deer enclosure, located a 21-minute walk (1.7 km) away, has a shady picnic area and a pavilion on top of a lookout with a wonderful view of the town, the mountains and Lake Constance, while the charming historical centre of Überlingen, with lovely architecture, bustling promenades, a train station and a thermal bath, can be reached on foot after only 1.3 km, which is a 14-minute walk from the property. From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, an 18-minute drive (15 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing a 30-minute drive (27 km) from Überlingen or across the nearby Austrian or Swiss borders.
