Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home and backyard, except for the garage.

Extra Guests
The listed price includes up to 6 guests. Additional guests are $35 per person, per night, with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

Trash Collection
Trash day is Monday. Our team may access the garage and outdoor area only to move the bins for collection. Please let us know if you prefer to handle this yourself, and we will not send anyone over.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are our top priorities. We follow a thorough cleaning and sanitization process after every check-out.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
One small pet is allowed with an additional fee of $40 per stay for extra cleaning.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Guests may smoke outside in the backyard or driveway, but please stay away from windows and doors.

Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $200 violation fee, plus additional charges for odor removal and furniture cleaning if necessary.

★ PARTIES / EVENTS ★
We kindly ask that you treat our home as your own to help maintain its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Small gatherings are permitted with prior approval only.
