Beautiful, fully remodeled 4/2 ranch home, with built in pool and large windows throughout the living area for amazing natural light. Home sits on a beautiful park like setting of 1.25 acres. Private and spacious, yet right in town. The outdoor spaces are perfect for playing games with family or friends, swimming, sunning, or simply relaxing in the fresh air. Up to two small to medium dogs are allowed in the main living area and outdoor areas. The newly carpeted bedroom areas are a no pet zone please.
This home is right in the middle of Uptown Pinnacle Hills! The mall, restaurants, and soon to open entertainment district and soccer stadium are all within walking distance. Bike onto the Razorback Greenway bike trail and connect to almost everywhere in NWA! The Walmart Amp, Top Golf, and I-49 access are only 1.5 miles (a 5 minute drive) away.
Guests here will enjoy a very well
lit, open floor plan. The built in pool and backyard has a large deck, including an outdoor sitting bar with fans, a Blackstone grill, refrigerator and tv. There is also a nicely appointed front porch lounge area with a fire table and tv. The driveway allows for ample parking for multiple cars, or a camper or boat trailer. Home has three bedroom areas, a den, and two bathrooms - the master bath features a jetted tub for unwinding after a day of exploring or swimming. One of the bedrooms doubles as a workout room, with equipment and a pullout sofa for sleeping. This home stays comfortable with central heating and air conditioning. Whether relaxing outdoors, catching a nap in the living room recliners, or swimming/enjoying outdoor time, guests will find everything they need for a pleasant stay.
