Heated pool reopens March 6 - Now booking spring weekends & family trips!

Perfect for Razorback football weekends, graduation gatherings, wedding guests, and group getaways in Northwest Arkansas! This beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom home sleeps 12 and features a heated private in-ground pool open March –September — a rare find within easy driving distance of the University of Arkansas.

The backyard pool and deck create the perfect place to relax after a game, a wedding celebration, mountain biking, or a day at Beaver Lake. Inside you’ll find a comfortable living area, Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer for longer stays.

Located on a quiet corner lot just minutes from I-49, you’ll have quick access to Fayetteville, Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, the Razorback Greenway, and many of the area’s most popular wedding venues. Parking is easy: the driveway fits two vehicles plus additional street parking along the corner lot for larger groups.

Please note: No parties or events. This home is ideal for families and groups visiting the area to attend weddings, enjoy Razorback weekends, celebrate graduation, or explore Northwest Arkansas.

Great place to stay! Easy access to everything. The only tricky part is one of the two bathrooms is in the master bedroom. But it was definitely worth the price for the value! Everything was clean, and the kids loved the pool. It felt super roomy for a couple separate families to be together as well!

Amazing place!!! It was perfect for my family of 12!The hidden play room kept our littles (4, 5, and 6) entertained!!! The upstairs space was perfect for 2 families. The big dinning room table was wonderful for a large family eating and card playing! Overall, a fantastic play for a large extended family to spend time together!It was winter so we didn’t use the pool area, but it looked great.

We only left to explore Rotary Park that was 3 minutes away. The owner was very kind throughout all communication. Home was beautiful in a peaceful neighborhood.

Pool Perfection

Met up with friends from NE Arkansas and had a great Labor Day weekend stay. The pool was great for the kiddos and the house was clean, big, and the "hidden rooms" were a hit! Highly recommend!

Great family gathering in Springdale

We used the home for a family 4th of July vacation and it was perfect as we needed space for 9 of us. Beds for everyone, comfortable living space, and large kitchen - it was exactly what we needed. The pool and outdoor lounging area was an awesome amenity and we spent a ton of time out there! Owner was very responsive and helpful!

Graduation and Christmas Celebration

This house was incredibly spacious for our multi-family of 11 to sleep! The beds were situated perfectly for each family. The kitchen provided a perfect place for us to have a buffet taco bar and breakfast without issues. We will definitely be recommending this home to all our son’s friends families for upcoming graduations!

Best Backdrop for Great Memories!

This is a beautiful house with lots of space for making memories and spreading out to chill as well! The pool was a fabulous addition and communication with the host was speedy and very helpful. We were blessed to call it “home” for almost a week! ♥️

Kristine and her crew went above and beyond when it came to taking care of our property, and they left it in immaculate shape when they left. It was such a joy to have them. Lots of Hidden Gems

Extremely nice house with nice plenty of room for our party of 11. Master bath was incredible. Kitchen and dining area were great for cooking for our group. Hidden rooms upstairs were a blast for the kids, even the teens. We would loo w to come back in August/early September for a Razorback football game and enjoy the pool and outdoor areas.

End of summer stay

Nice neighborhood. We had our grandkids with us four and five year old. Upstairs in one of the bedrooms are two secret nooks, one decorated for boys one decorated for girls and the kids loved it. We were four adults and two kids. The pool was perfect.

50th Wedding Anniversary

Our family was celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary while also visiting my daughter who runs track/xc at UofA. The house was perfect for our group. The extra beds added in the nooks gave us all the sleeping spaces we needed. Nice big kitchen and the pool/patio was PERFECT! Lots of family time to chill together around the pool and watching movies at night in the living room. A great place to stay!

Retreat

We hosted a retreat here and really enjoyed our stay. 6 adults stayed on-site (could have had more), and there were 12 of us for all the activities, and there was adequate room for all. The beds were super comfortable and the host was very responsive to all questions. We very much appreciated having the pool and the surrounding area to have social time. The kitchen was large and well-stocked so we could make all meals onsite. Thank you!

Baseball Getaway

We traveled to Arkansas for a baseball tournament. The neighborhood was quiet and near the parks that our event was held at. It was easy to get around and Kevin was helpful in recommending some local spots for dinner. The house had plenty of beds and a roomy kitchen. The pool isn't large, but we didn't spend much time in it anyway given the sporting events we had. Honestly wish we could have spent more time in it. Probably would have been a great place to just lounge a little if we had the time.

Thanksgiving Stay

My family and are spread across the US from Chicago to Little Rock, so we chose to rent a home in NWA to celebrate Thanksgiving together. First of all, the homeowners were ultra responsive leading up to and through our stay helping us answer any questions we had. Secondly, the location of the home is fantastic. It’s close enough from the main expressway, but still on a safe, quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. It’s within 20 minutes to Bentonville and 10 to Fayetteville, which was amazing because we all went to the game Friday. Third, the home was so lovely, with plenty of sleeping and living space for us to get rest and spend quality time together. We would definitely stay again and recommend the home to others!
