Our location is about 5 minutes from the SJU Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport. Everything is Walking Distance! Lupis Restaurant is 2 minutes away and there is Walgreens and Car Rentals. Hotels & Casinos like San Juan Resort & Casino, Ritz Carlton, Intercontinental, Water & Beach Club High Class Restaurants & Bars just minutes away. Water sports rentals are available at the beach; Bike jetski banana boats rentals are near us. Bus stop and public transport are just in front of the building. There is a beautiful Beach and is summer all year!

Direct access to the beach, swimming pool,laundry is availible for a small fee . There is a Small gym is available free
Getting Around:
Its a Quiet building near beach and airport there is parking for one car in the premises and also walking distance to the beach.
