The location was unbeatable! There was more room than expected, the extras for the beach were so nice, the beds were comfy, the towels were soft, and it was surprisingly quiet for how close it was to literally EVERYTHING you could want or need! We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. I liked the security. Didn’t know no street lights on the avenue to cross street but we survived that adventurer.The beach is great with lots of food choices and lounge rentals. The next day Maria complained to me that we used too many towels and thought we had extra people. She wanted to charge us extra. I suggested only put out towels your guests can use, not extras Security confirmed no extra guests and she didn’t charge us more. Sad end to great week.

Thank you for your stay and for the positive comments about the apartment, the security staff, and the beach area. Just to clarify, during the post-checkout inspection we noted that two closets that were clearly locked had been opened during the stay, and guests gained access to additional supplies that are not intended for guest use. This resulted in unusually high consumption of those items, including nineteen bath towels used by four guests over five nights, which required additional laundry and delayed the preparation of the apartment for the next guests arriving that same day. These matters were raised simply to clarify what occurred. The discussion unfortunately became unpleasant, but in the interest of closing the matter, no additional charges were pursued.

The apartment was immaculate. Maria was an outstanding host. She is very responsive and attentive. We were very close to the beach. She had beautiful new lounge chairs to take to the beach. We had everything we needed! The apartment was also decorated so cutely. We loved our stay! As a little side note, street noise can be a little loud on spring break at times. If you are a very light sleeper, earplugs may help. A sleep eye mask might help also. When someone used the restroom at night, the barhroom light shines through from the frosted bathroom window to the other rooms in the apartment. A shade in the bathroom might be helpful. However, this did not bother me in the slightest. We loved our stay. We would definitely love to return and recommend it wholeheartedly. Maria and her apartment are both outstanding. It was a great value for a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment close to the beach with a nicely stocked kitchen. She even had a Brita for purified water. Amazing!

Excellent Stay in Isla Verde!

Very happy with my stay at this centrally located vrbo. Communication was excellent with owner. The building is very secure and the guard at the door very friendly. Loved the apartment. The two bedrooms and two baths were perfect for my family. There is a cute kitchen and a bonus is the washer and dryer. The beach is a few minutes walk and plenty of restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this property. :)

We love it!

We loved this apartment! Everything was exactly as it was described and looked in the pictures. The pool is actually better in person than the pictures show. It was very clean, and we were even provided with beach chairs and activities. It was so close to the beach and multiple stores/restaurants. A very good and safe location. We would definitely rent again.

Maria, the owner, was awesome. She responded to text and email very quickly. Everything you need is provided here from beach chairs and towels to pots and pans. The apartment was extremely clean and super close to the beach. We were here for a conference, and she accomodated is before amd after. Highly recommended!

couldn’t ask for better everything was on point. we all were comfy and happy. the master bedroom air conditioner wasn’t cooling right. And one of the electrical sockets on the outer bedroom needs to be fixed replaced. Other than that i definately come and stay there again great location walking distance to places of shopping eating near airport good security awesome parking 👍😍👍

Short walk to the beach

Conveniently located about a block from the beach with nearby shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. We felt very safe walking around at different times of the day. With all of that, street noise was definitely noticeable. The provided beach chairs and cooler were appreciated. The beach was beautiful, and we enjoyed long walks. The kitchen was fairly well stocked for cooking, but could have used large mixing bowls, strainer and a casserole dish. It does need a little updating. Many of the outlet covers are cracked and did not hold the plug ins securely. There was some flaking of the walls, especially near the windows.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

My husband and I met up with my friend I have known since I was five. We spent a delightful 10 days at this apartment. The kitchen was very well supplied. The apartment was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever experienced. There was a great deal of street noise, but then we were in a different country and a different culture. Our only major disappointment was the fact that the pool was closed. I wish we would’ve known this in advance as we were all looking forward to spending late afternoons at the pool. There is a delightful Puerto Rican restaurant called Mi Casita across the street and lots of fast food restaurants if one is so inclined. There are also some very good Mexican restaurants right in the neighborhood. The beach is fabulous and only a few minutes from your door. There is good security for the apartment and very good parking.

I'm disheartened to observe that, as you mentioned, every aspect within my control was flawless. However, despite that, you assigned an 8/10 review. It's worth noting that you were in a highly touristic area, hence the noise, and unfortunately, the pool motor malfunctioned on the very day of your check-in.

I’m sure it would be easy to complain about the small stuff but in the bigger picture of things this apartment was lovely. Upon arrival you are welcomed with a fresh scent of cleanliness and nice view. You can see a good portion of the layout of your street from the windows. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our entire stay. Everything from pots and pans to cold aloe in the fridge. There were even beach amenities like chairs and toys for the kids. The 2 bathrooms made it convenient with a bigger group. I liked the open floor plan so you can see the children from the kitchen. The decorations were also very nice. Definitely put you in vacation mood. Oh and the beach being 1 building away was amazing. I appreciated the security of the building with a key fob and guard. Cant go without mentioning the nice pool they have on grounds. You don’t even have to leave the property if you don’t want to or have a lot of little kids. I did have an incident with a female guard being disrespectful. I called Maria and she said she handled it. I believe she did and she was very kind and understanding of the situation. I definitely recommend the property to anyone who is looking for a lovely place close to the beach, shopping, food groceries and tourist attractions. I will definitely stay again without hesitation. Thank you Maria you are so kind. The only “con” is that you will hear the commotion outside. Cars, people etc but I believe that goes with being in a tourist area.

Ana, you shared with me that you had an excellent vacation at the apartment. The only concerns you raised were the absence of an ocean view and a dresser in the master bedroom. I took the time to explain that the listing clearly states the apartment has a city view—not an ocean view—and that drawer space is available in the walk-in closet. Despite this clarification, the review appears to be based on expectations that were never advertised.
