The house is spread over one floor (accessible via a staircase) and the large rooms, terrace, shower with Turkish bath and well-equipped kitchen will make your stay perfect.

The house offers a variety of activities: barbecue in the outdoor fireplace or eat pizza while your children play on the swings, basketball or table tennis or with the doll's house. Or eat fresh produce such as eggs or vegetables on the veranda, provided by the owners who live on the ground floor of the house (with whom you share the garden). Lake Orta is a small lake (18 km²) surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape and dotted with romantic villages to stroll around. On foot or by bike, you can reach the sandy beach of Gozzano in one kilometre, where you can sunbathe, swim, jump off the diving board or rent a canoe to go around the island of San Giulio. If you are a trekking or mountain biking enthusiast, there are many routes along ancient mule tracks. Directly from the house you can take the Canneti pedestrian path or the 14 km long Blue Ring tour. The "Path of the Scalpellini" is particularly impressive, leading to the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso, from where you can admire the unforgettable landscape of Lake Orta. From the top of Mount Mottarone, to which you ascend with a cable car that offers a breathtaking view of the lake, you can descend on downhill bikes or along the bobsleigh track, which can be used both in summer and winter. If you want even more tranquillity, you will find the small Lake Mergozzo 35 km away. Thanks to its clear waters, it is popular with water sports enthusiasts for canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing and sport fishing.
