The second floor of the holiday home is all yours and offers hospitality and an atmospheric interior with wooden elements. Relax on the spacious balcony and enjoy the sunshine. The holiday home belongs to an organic farm, managed by the same family for many generations

For winter sports enthusiasts, this is a lovely property to stay in. In just a 10-minute walk, you can reach the ski lift, which takes you to one of Austria's largest interconnected ski areas: Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. Here you can make beautiful ski tours from mountain hut to mountain hut, go tobogganing, cross-country skiing or, as a snowboarder, practice various disciplines in the fun parks. You can reach the slopes in 4 minutes by car, and a descent directly to the valley station is also possible on skis, but only if there is enough snow.

In summer, you will find peace and quiet here in the middle of unspoilt nature. Whether you go hiking or mountain biking, you will be amazed by the natural beauty around you
