From the property you have a private road to Es Trenc beach (a 30-minute walk or 8-minute drive away). At the end of this private road the homeowners have a small house called Es Refugi where you can have picnics and use the bathroom and shower. Furthermore, Palma de Mallorca airport can be reached by car in just 35 minutes (41.5 km).
