The Space:

This home is a newly remodeled, modern retreat ready to make you feel right at home! Each bedroom was carefully curated featuring memory foam mattresses, large closets for your belongings, and luxury-inspired decor. The spacious living room features a brand new Samsung Frame Smart TV with popular streaming services available for you to log into and the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite meal. Each space is designed to help you relax after you experience everything Joshua Tree has to offer!



The backyard is your oasis! Enjoy the soft glow of string lights as you relax in the Saluspa hot tub, stargaze around the fire pit, or play your best game of bocce ball!

The Neighborhood:

The Desert Dawn is located in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes to Joshua Tree National Park. There is minimal light pollution allowing for optimal star viewing. Joshua Tree is home to artists, hiking/biking trails, beautiful Joshua Trees, and desert rocks and landscaping, making this a stunning location for your getaway.



Getting Around:

It's best to get around by car. Rideshare services are few and far between and shouldn't be counted on for your trip.

✨AMENITIES:

We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt & pepper, cooking spray & trash bags.



✨ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



✨PARKING:

There is a private driveway for up to 3 cars to park. Additional parking available in front of the house.



✨THE DRIVE:

Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house!



✨INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.

You can also access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV



✨OUTDOOR SPACE:

Hot tub, fire pit, bocce ball, gas BBQ grill, and lounge chairs/hammocks available for you to enjoy!



✨BEDROOMS:

There are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and the living room has a very comfortable queen sized 10 inch memory foam floor mattress and a roll-away bed frame. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests.



✨KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dual coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil



✨SECURITY:

A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.



✨PET FRIENDLY:

This property is pet-friendly. However, we kindly ask you to keep pets off of the furniture as a precaution to help keep the home clean for future guests. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $50 per pet. This helps us ensure we can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. Once you book we will request the additional pet fee from you. If we discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home, you will be charged an additional fee.
