The 65 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher next to a dining table, a bedroom with a glass ceiling and a freestanding bathtub as well as one bathroom with a rain shower and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace and satellite/cable television. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows in both the living room and the bedroom guarantee spectacular panoramic views over the surrounding meadows and mountains and separate the apartment from the lush private garden with seating furniture and sunbeds. Here you can start the day with a hearty breakfast or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and delicious home-cooked dinners. From the property, it is only a 4-minute drive or 2.7 km to the centre of Kastelruth (Castelrotto), where you will find supermarkets, shops, a bakery, a pharmacy and restaurants serving South Tyrolese dishes. Many hiking and cycling routes start from the town, and a 19-minute drive (13 km) from the apartment, the famous skiing area Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi) boasts brilliant slopes. South Tyrol’s lovely capital city of Bolzano is located a 41-minute drive or 29 km southwest of Kastelruth (Castelrotto).
