Starting in September 2020, at Leo Apartments Miesbach, you’ll be staying right in the heart of the beautiful Tegernsee-Schliersee Alpine region, in a central location south of Munich.
We’ve adapted our new boarding house near Munich to meet today’s needs:
Depending on the purpose of your trip and your preferences, you can choose your “temporary home” from three categories in various sizes. All 32 serviced apartments
feature high-quality amenities, an appealing design, and excellent internet connectivity. Various additional services can be easily booked, from laundry service to a squash lesson.

The apartment building near Munich has strong ties to the metropolitan area and is also closely connected to the city via train and highway. Nevertheless, the Leo apartment building is located in the Oberland and feels connected to the traditions and distinctive features of this scenic region. For example, the Leo offers a cozy courtyard for social gatherings. The architecture we’ve chosen also emphasizes this regional connection: The buildings are constructed entirely from regional wood and offer a modern interpretation of the Alpine style. Beyond the use of natural building materials, Leo places great emphasis on sustainability: Heat is generated in an environmentally friendly manner using wood pellets, and electricity comes from the building’s own solar panel system on the roof.
