Welcome to Canary on the Bay, your serene bayfront retreat nestled within the exclusive Plantation community on St. George Island. This luxurious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home was designed for families and friends seeking a peaceful getaway surrounded by breathtaking water views, elegant interiors, and endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure.
With over 3,400 square feet of living space, a private screened pool, and access to a shared dock for kayaking, paddle boarding, or simply soaking in the sunset, Canary on the Bay captures the best of coastal living on Florida’s Forgotten Coast.
THE SPACE
This beautifully appointed bayfront home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across three spacious levels, all accessible by a private elevator. Each of the five bedrooms features, plush linens, and stunning views of the St. George Sound, with four bedrooms offering private bayfront porches perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample prep space, deal for preparing fresh seafood dinners or family-style meals after a day on the water. The open-concept living and dining areas invite connection, with abundant natural light, comfortable seating, and panoramic bay views that make every sunset unforgettable.
Outdoor living is just as impressive, featuring a screened private pool, covered seating areas, and an outdoor shower. The shared dock provides easy access for kayaking, paddle boarding, or casting a line, while the large floating swim mat offers a fun and relaxing way to enjoy the bay.

Located in the Plantation, St. George Island’s premier gated community, Canary on the Bay offers peace, privacy, and natural beauty. The Plantation is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, and quiet bayfront settings. Guests can explore miles of walking and biking paths, enjoy community pools, or take a short drive to the island’s restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

- The guest accommodations can comfortably sleep up to 14 people.
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
