Welcome to the Steuermannshuus holiday home in Olpenitz, your ideal retreat on the Baltic Sea! This modern and stylishly furnished holiday apartment offers 76 m² of space for up to six people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the beauty of the Baltic coast.
The holiday home has two cozy bedrooms that exude a relaxing atmosphere. The open-plan living concept ensures that the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, and the living room blend harmoniously together. The modern kitchen is equipped with all amenities. Here you can unleash your culinary skills and enjoy meals together with your loved ones at the dining table.
The private terrace promises you beautiful hours of sunshine in the fresh Baltic Sea air. Enjoy your breakfast outdoors or relax with a glass of wine in the evening.
Another highlight is the infrared sauna in the bathroom, inviting you to indulge in some pampering wellness moments. A bathtub is also available – ideal for relaxing after an active day.
A private parking space is located in front of the accommodation, and you can safely store your bicycles in the lockable bike shed.
The holiday home's location is ideal: just 150 meters from the enchanting sandy beach, you can reach the water in no time. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as fishing, sailing, cycling, or Nordic walking. For families with children, there are playgrounds nearby, as well as opportunities to try various water sports.
