Vacation Home “Susy House” close to the Beach with Sea View and Garden

The newly renovated vacation home “Susy House” is situated in Baja Sardinia, a seaside resort in the northeast of the island, and is perfect for relaxing holidays in a scenic landscape and by the beach. The 55 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, a washing machine, a fireplace, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The outdoor area boasts a private open and covered terrace, where you can start the day with breakfast and wonderful views all the way down to the sea. The extensive garden area is shared with 2 other vacation homes on the property. The nearest beach, Porto Sole, is only 100 m or a 2-minute walk away, where you will find sunbeds, parasols and a beach bar. There you can swim in the glistening blue water of the bay and rent a rubber dinghy to enjoy the fantastic scenery along the coast. From the property, you can reach supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy within a 10-minute walk (800 m), and a night club is 950 m or a 13-minute walk away. The centre of Baja Sardinia is 500 m from the vacation home, where you will find many more shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as beaches. Porto Cervo is a 10-minute drive (6 km) from the property, and many other beautiful bays and a golf club can be reached within 20-30 minutes by car (12-18 km). The charming city of Olbia and the international airport can both be reached within a 40-minute drive (35-40 km) from Baja Sardinia.



Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.

Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee.
