We’d love to welcome you to our second, completely renovated house in the health resort of Hahnenklee, known for its therapeutic climate.<br>The K.Homes Second Harz House is the second of our three group houses in the Harz Mountains. This townhouse in a green setting, with a view of the Bocksberg, is only about a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian zone and the town’s chairlift. This means you’ll enjoy a quiet yet central location. The town offers plenty of recreational activities and attractions for the whole family.<br>The historic imperial city of Goslar is only 17 km away and definitely worth a visit<br>.<br>The main entrance leads to the ground floor of the house, where the living area is located. The kitchen, dining area with a fireplace, and TV lounge area feature an open-concept design. <br>The fully equipped kitchen with sturdy marble worktops invites you to cook, the dining area with a fireplace invites you to gather comfortably, and the TV lounge with its long seating areas invites you to relax and watch TV. <br>From the dining area, a sliding door leads to the living room with a TV and balcony. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the mountain landscape<br>as well as the ski slope. A spiral staircase leads directly from here to the garden on the 3,000-square-meter property. Here, you’ll discover the highlight of this accommodation. <br>First, there’s a “Grillkota”—a log cabin with a swivel grill in the centre and a bench encircling it completely—so rainy, unpleasant, cold weather, or darkness won’t stop you from grilling. Or if that doesn’t convince you, perhaps the second log cabin—which is a sauna house—will.<br>In the garden, you’ll find plenty of seating for everyone, as well as a grill. There’s plenty of space for the kids to run around. On the ground floor of the house, there’s also a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a bunk bed that sleeps 3 people. The lower bunk measures 140x200 cm and the upper bunk 90x200 cm.<br>On the upper floor, you’ll find 3 more bedrooms. A spacious bathroom with a shower is available on this floor. Bluetooth speakers are installed under the stretch ceiling in this bathroom. So you can sing in the shower while listening to your own music ;)<br>Two of the three bedrooms have a 180x200 cm bed, and the third has a bunk bed for 3 people, just like on the ground floor. On the ground floor, there is another entrance, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a storage closet, and the property’s second sauna.<br>Two bedrooms are furnished with a 140x200 cm bed, and the third has two 90x200 cm single beds.<br>In the storage closet, you’ll find games and toys, a cabinet with cleaning supplies, a first-aid kit, an ironing board with an iron, and a fire extinguisher.<br>The ceiling height on the ground floor is slightly lower than normal. You can park approximately 5 vehicles on the property.
