The home’s exterior and both bathrooms have been recently renovated, offering comfort and peace of mind from the moment you arrive. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for families or groups. Three bedrooms and a hall bathroom are located upstairs, while the main-level primary suite features a private bathroom and an attached sunroom—perfect for slow mornings and peaceful evenings.

Enjoy gathering in the inviting shared spaces, including a living room, dining room, kitchen, and TV room. The home includes Wi-Fi and a smart TV with streaming capabilities (no cable), making it easy to unwind after a day outdoors.

Step outside to a large lakefront backyard, deck, and porch overlooking a scenic 100-acre lake. Whether you’re kayaking, canoeing, fishing, or simply enjoying the view, the setting is calm, scenic, and uncrowded. Guests are welcome to bring their own equipment to make the most of the water.

Guests have access to all rooms on the main level, second floor, outdoor living spaces, and backyard. Guests do not have access to the basement.

Located just outside the town of Stanardsville and just minutes from the Shenandoah National Park in a neighborhood community. A 35 minute drive to Charlottesville or 30 minute drive to Massanutten Resort. Enjoy hiking, vineyards, breweries, local restaurants, and historic sites just a short drive away.

To preserve the quiet character of the neighborhood and comply with local regulations, amplified outdoor music is not permitted, and outdoor camping, RVs, or campers are not allowed. These guidelines help ensure a peaceful and respectful stay for all guests.

For your security, there is an exterior security camera located on the right corner of front porch facing the driveway.

No amplified sound/music outdoors at any time
Do not move the fire pit and extinguish fire completely with water when finished. Fires need to be extinguished by 10pm.
No outdoor camping which also includes RVs and campers
