Leave the keys and parking tag in the place you found them. There is a $100 fine for lost key.
Turn off lights. Set up thermostat at 69 degrees.
Make sure all windows and balcony doors are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and a peaceful atmosphere. The area is quiet, safe, and very pleasant for walking, with plenty of green spaces nearby.
At the same time, it’s close to everything you may need — shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and cafés at Quince Orchard Plaza are just a short walk away. The location is also very convenient for commuters, with easy access to Shady Grove Metro, I-270, NIST, and other major destinations in Montgomery County.
What we enjoy most is how calm and residential the neighborhood feels, while still being only minutes from lively dining and shopping options.
At the same time, it’s close to everything you may need — shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and cafés at Quince Orchard Plaza are just a short walk away. My place is close to Kentlands, NIST, National Cancer Institute, Shady Grove Hospital, MedImmune, AstraZeneca, Whole Foods Market, CVS, and Starbucks. Located approximately 6 miles to Rockville, and 6 miles to Germantown. You'll love my place because of the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the afternoon sunlight. My place is good for solo adventurers, business travelers, traveling healthcare staff.
